CMP is hosting the GreenPort Environmental Study Tour on 17 February 2010.
The GreenPort organisation is a collaboration in which ports and port-related industries worldwide share their experience of the environmental challenges facing the port and shipping industry. In addition to the study tour and production of the GreenPort Journal, the organisation arranges an annual environmental conference, which in 2010 will take place in Stockholm. During the visit to Copenhagen and Malmö, CMP will be demonstrating both its efforts to improve its environmental performance in terms of reducing energy consumption and emissions, and the environmental improvements that will be achieved at our new multimodal terminal area that is under construction in Malmö North Harbour.
CMP is also host to a BPO seminar at January 19, 2010 – “Seminar on impact on the new marine fuel regulations on transport in the Baltic Sea”, www.bpoports.com.
