Harbour House
In connection with Copenhagen Malmö Port moving the container terminal in Copenhagen from Levantkaj to Ydre Nordhavn next year, CMP’s office will also relocate. A brand new Harbour House will be established in the new area adjacent to the new container terminal.
The construction of new, modern facilities in connection with the development of Copenhagen’s new container terminal has also commenced.
The project comprises two buildings: a building for police, customs and veterinary authorities, due to completion in 2025, and a Harbour House for both CMP and other companies in the maritime and transport sectors, which is due to be finished in 2026.
The Harbour House and authority building, designed by Rasmus Friis A/S, will serve as a central hub for terminal operations, providing state-of-the-art facilities for staff, authorities and visitor
